The purchasing process: You can browse our models on our website, and send us inquiry if there are any models you are interested. Then we will send you our quotation. After the transaction, we will produce and ship your order.
2. How do I know you are trustable?
We are a legal company and have a series of registered certificates and product certificates for your verification. For an illegal company, it can’t obtain these certificates. So you can rest assured that the purchase from us is safe.
3. What is your payment term and your payment way?
Our regular payment term is 50% deposit in advance, and the balance paid before the shipment. Our payment way is mainly via bank transfer (T/T). You can pay to us by your personal bank account or company bank account.
4. What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2 weeks. Regarding the shipping time, it depends on the shipping way is air freight or sea freight. 2 weeks for air freight and 1~2 months for sea freight.
5. Will you ship the cargo to my location? Do I still need to handle the customs and duties by myself?
We normally use door to door shipping way which has included the duties (DDP). You don’t need to handle customs and pay duties anymore. The cargo will be delivered to your location directly.
But if your address is remote or you are in a sensitive strict, please send your address to check.
6. How should I install and set up your chamber after I receive it?
We will send you the detailed instructions then. In simple words, you just need to connect several machines by some tubes and cables. The whole process for installation is super easy.
7. Do your hyperbaric chambers need maintenance?
The maintenance for our hyperbaric chambers is very easy. Just wash the filters of the machines periodically. No other more work for the maintenance.
8. Do your hyperbaric chambers have warranty?
Yes. We provide 2 years warranty. If the machines have problems during the warranty period, we will offer free parts for replacement.
9. Can you help me print my company name or LOGO on the product?
